Leadership & Governance

Guided by purpose. Driven by impact. Committed to restoration. Guided by purpose. Driven by impact. Committed to restoration.

Wesley T. Saul, MBA

Founder

Broken Vessels Supportive Housing & Recovery Center was founded on a deep commitment to restoring hope, dignity, and stability to individuals and families facing homelessness.

With a background in leadership and technology, Wesley brings a strategic and solutions-driven approach to addressing complex social challenges. Recognizing the gaps in support systems for individuals transitioning out of crisis, he established Broken Vessels to provide more than housing—creating a structured pathway toward long-term independence and self-sufficiency.

Driven by purpose and a belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life, he is committed to developing programs that empower people, strengthen communities, and create sustainable impact.
